founder & principal

Collin Briggs is the founder and principal of BMB Capital, a commercial real estate investment firm focused on multi-tenant industrial properties across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. He grew up immersed in the industry and began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser working alongside his father. Collin bought his first investment property at 18 and by 22 had built a portfolio of 16 properties valued at over $3.5 million while completing college—experience spanning student housing and value-add commercial deals. Today he focuses on acquiring off-market, cash-flowing industrial assets that institutional buyers overlook. His appraisal background remains a distinct edge—he values properties the way the market does, sharpening his eye for mispriced assets and protecting investor capital
